More Silverware Delights!

Over the last few weeks I have been privileged enough to work with Wayne and Gail Christy from The Bent Utensil.  A few months ago I met the couple at a holiday arts and crafts show. We had an instant connection because the Christy's also make some amazing jewelry out of recycled flatware. At the show, Wayne had offered to teach me how to make spoon rings and on March 5th, I took him up on his offer.  I drove the hour to Albion,NY to meet them at their home workshop for a lesson.

I really cant say enough nice things about the Christy's.  They invited me into their home and taught me some very valuable tricks of the trade. I only hope I can honor their benevolence and virtuosic creativity in the rings I produce.
